This course will discuss how you can improve digestion with easy yoga techniques. We will also briefly touch upon digestion through an Ayurvedic lens, Ayurveda being the sister science to yoga. These ancient sciences both look at maximizing digestive efficiency through holistic techniques, such as various positions, and through proper food and proper breathing.
What happens when we have POOR digestion? We feel tired, heavy, lethargic, depressed, have mood swings, lack of motivation, no ambitions, are emotional, have poor bowel movements and other physical digestive problems, headaches, mental blockages and generally feel to be in poor health.
