What is health?
Health is a state of balance within the body that allows all systems to be working and functioning in harmony. All systems are able to effectively communicate with one another and maintain vital life force energy within the body.
Without good health, life is inaccessible!
In the Four Pillars of Health, we will go through what the basic foundation of good health consists of and will learn how to begin, starting from the ground up, to build a solid structure of health that will last you longer than an average lifetime.
